National Society of Vascular Surgery (NSVS) is the first subordinate professional committee of National Committee of Cardiovascular Diseases, affiliated to National Center of Cardiovascular Diseases (NCCD) of China.

As a national academic organization, the members of NSVS are from both cardiovascular surgeons and vascular surgeons, covering more than 200 well-known experts from Chinese major provinces, cities, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

China Vascular Congress (CVC) serves as annual platform of NSVS, which aims to conduct academic exchange and communication in the fields of cardiovascular surgery, peripheral vascular surgery and related subjects. Designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the latest developments in the medical care of vascular diseases, and also to break academic barriers, strengthen cooperation and innovation, CVC has been successfully held for 4 sessions (2016-2019), which attracted more than 1000 cardiovascular surgeons from all over the country.

At the same time, NSVS & CVC are also committed to promoting communications and strengthening collaboration between the international vascular surgery society. Every year, CVC would invite dozens of international vascular experts to share their expertise and experiences on vascular diseases for Chinese audience. Besides, NSVS has signed MoU and established close cooperation with official academic organizations in several countries, such as Argentina, Brazil, Poland, Dominica and Uzbekistan.

This year we are honored to work with EVC to strengthen cooperation and innovation and infuse with great vitality for the development of healthcare for vascular diseases.
